Be Bold Because You’re Called To…

Their insecurities shouldn't affect how you show up. Period.

There's always going to be that ONE person that projects their fears, anxiety and insecurity on you.

They will leave the comment.
They will thumbs down the video.
They will send you the email.
They will share their unsolicited thoughts about you, to you because it makes them feel better.

Hear me when I say this... There will always be people in the world who don't get it.

There will be people who are triggered by your success, boldness, courage, light and people who feel the need to tell you all about it because it soothes their ego to do so - know that, bless them, and move on. It has NOTHING to do with you.

As a leader, unfortunately, you will get to be on the receiving end of some not so nice things...not saying it's fair. Not saying it's right. Just saying it is.

So often, I work with people who are afraid to speak out and show up because of this - I am not exempt btw.

I wrestle. I hesitate. But here's the thing... I don't let it stop me.

Other people don't get to dictate how I show up and how I share what I've been led to share.

Other people don't get to be in control of how It makes me feel to stand on truth and courage.

Other people don't get to have that much control of my life. I mean... Come on! I'm probably not even talking to them anyway.

And so it is with you...be bold because you're called to. Show up because that's part of your service.

Cheers to how you're showing up today, my friend! I'm proud of you!

Does Your Action Match Your Ambition?

Would you consider yourself "ambitious?"

Here's the definition:

Someone who is eagerly desirous of achieving or obtaining success, power, wealth, a specific goal.

I'd say there are a lot of ambitious people in the world. Action takers... Ehhhh, not so much.

It's easy to want something, doing what it takes to get it is a completely different story.

And action isn't always hustle, btw. Most of the time, the hardest part is taking inner action.

Believing.
Receiving.
Trusting.

Stopping the self-sabotage.
Killing the inner critique.
Feeling the fear, but doing the dang thing anyway cuz fear is a liar!

All required in tandem with the physical stuff. Because let's be honest, having the right strategy matters too.

Lots of people out here saying they want stuff... Very few people will do what it takes.

Don't be one of those people.

You can keep doing what you've been doing and getting the same results. Or...we can work together to map it all out, launch like a boss, and get your business to where you know it needs to be!

Day one, or one day...you decide 🙂

Don’t Be A Bad Steward of A Good Opportunity

I just read the most mind-blowing statistic!!!

Americans spend over $72 Billion dollars on lottery tickets per year.

Wanna know how much they spend on books? Less than half that!

If anything I think it shows how many people are bored, tired, stuck and looking for a quick fix to get them out of their current situation.

It's literally 2020 - I can't think of a better time to rewrite your story! Now is the time! Opportunity has come!

Don't be the person who sits around waiting for a miracle to happen.

The miracle is YOU!

You're a living, breathing, real life person with more to offer this world than you even know - but you have to show up!

Stop waiting for the perfect time. The perfect time is today.

Stop waiting for clarity. Clarity comes from engagement. You won't get clear until you start moving.

Stop waiting for lightning bolts in the sky to do the thing you know in your heart you were always meant to do.

You have been given so much! Brilliance oozes from your veins and you just hide it. Your gifts are meant to be shared.

Don't be a bad steward of them.

Stop playing small.
Stop hiding from the light.
Stop self-sabotaging.

Are You The Employer Or The Employee?

If your "business" requires you to be present to make money - then you have a job.

You're still trading dollars for hours.
You're still operating in an employee mindset.
And frankly, you're still now where you want to be.

This is why the wealthiest business gurus will always, always, always talk about passive income. If you don't have it, you need it.

If you don't know how to get it, I will show you.

Here are just a few passive income streams that I have in my streams of income portfolio:

Investments (insurance, real estate, stocks, crypto, etc)
My YouTube Channel - won't happen until you hit the benchmarks for Monetization, but... If you don't start, it will never happen.
Online courses!!!! Hello! Can we say max impact? Yes! Online courses.

It will change your whole life. Trust me. Knowledge is power - when it's leveraged. I'm about to break it all the way down, and show you how.

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE being present. I love showing up. I love speaking on the stages and talking to my clients - but those are things I GET to do, not things I HAVE to do to make money.
