Admittedly, I started my business a little green. I had no idea people failed at this 😂. I didn't know the statistics. I didn't know most people weren't successful. Sounds silly but it's true...
I just thought everyone was out here living their best life, doing what they wanted so it's sounds like fun to me! Let's goooo!
Naive as it was, the mindset around success served me well.
I was 6-figures in before any major self-sabbotage stuff started to kick in. But those first 7/8 months of being completely oblivious to a paradigm of failure was actually very helpful!
So here's my advice to you:
Stop looking at your success as a maybe.
Start seeing it as an inevitability.
But, in order to do that you're gonna have to show up different (and this is where most struggle).
You literally have to become a new person. If you could do it from your current vantage point, you would be there already. But you're not. And we need to get honest about that. Because the truth shall set you free!!!!
▫️So, identify where you are and what youd like to change about it. Without judgement.
▫️Get clear on where you want to go.
▫️Decide you're going to show up no matter what.
▫️Take the steps as they are given to you. Don't be one of those people who thinks they need all the steps right now to get started. You don't.
▫️Patience, discipline and consistency trump talent all day.
▫️And for the love of God, get help! Get a coach, apply for a grant, take a course, go to a conference, etc...You're not a superhero for trying to do it by yourself, you're just silly. There are plenty of resources out there. It's 2022, trying to DIY it and lengthen the time it takes is not the vibe.
Speaking of help... Stay tuned for my upcoming FREE masterclasses for #makemoneymarch
The first one is on Course Creation. Make sure you're on my email list to get the invite.
Is success hard? Maybe.
But you can do hard things!!! I know you can!
