I got a question for you…

Why we choose to stay perpetually stuck...

Remember: hurdles, speed bumps, hills, valleys, mountains... Whatever, they happen. Some are outside of our control. As an #entrepreneur, part of the job is to creatively overcome them. And they are, in fact, overcomeable (yes... I made that up lol). Choosing to do nothing and staying stuck is self imposed. Let's not create unnecessary suffering.

Up for a Challenge???

Hey hey hey!!!!

We are back with a new 5-Day Challenge and I want you in it!

As you know - the world has changed a lot. My assumption is, you have too - for the better! Hopefully, you realized that despite all the crap that has happened since 2020, there is still A LOT of good, and that good starts with you!

You showing up as your whole self.

You taking up all the space you were meant to take up in this world.

You serving at the highest of levels.

You FINALLY stepping into the #CEO # BOSS that you know you have always been called to be.

I am watching you, Tracy. I hear you when you tell me you want more.
And my mission in life to show people what is possible for theirs.

This is why this challenge is so near and dear. I am bringing it back for those of you who didn't get to join us last year (or just need a little refresher)

This is still the BEST 5-day challenge I have ever put together.

Literally! I was sitting there going over it and thinking OMG... Everyone who comes out of this is going to be a certified powerhouse!

From unseen to hyper-visible!
From underpaid to profit streams galore!

We are monetizing you!

You didn't get all that education for nothing!

Stop sitting on years and years of experience and not monetizing it!

You spent all that time in school, all that time working, all that time building this cocktail called YOU...

Step 1: Affirm with me: I don't own a business, I AM a business!

Look in the mirror and say it 3x like you mean it!

Step 2: Join the Monetizing YOU Challenge

You are going to want this energy in your life, trust me! You've waited too long. You have been in hiding too long. You have been afraid to take the leap for too long!

NOW IS THE TIME!

And you know you need it! Being around bosses just gets the juices flowing!

Because here is what I'm covering:

>> Your most monetizable asset. What is it and how can we package it up to launch it right now! And when I say now... I mean now. In the post-pandemic world where opportunities exist up the wazoooo - you better be ready for 'em.

Listen, what worked a year ago isn't going to work anymore. Your ability to keep up, seize opportunities, and be at the forefront matters!

       >> Next... Let's map out those revenue streams. My tried and true way to show you exactly what needs to go where and how to charge for the VALUE of your services! Like the real value... Not the industry average prices. There is nothing average about you!

       >> Then we need to talk about social media and social strategy. Because if no one knows your name... We are gonna have a hard time getting clients and selling courses.

       >> Lastly, your ultimate path to profit. Having the pieces of the puzzle is great....putting it together to it is the real deal - that's when the big bucks start rolling in!

And guess what, we do this LIVE! TOGETHER!

The Challenge happens August 23-27.

And if you've read this far... Congratulations!

What are you waiting for! Let's do this!

PLUS!!!! I have added in cash prizes for challenge participants!

Yall know I like to honor my people!
I will see you there!

- Dr. TT

According to research…

Research tells us that the average person has up to 60,000 thoughts per day. Of those thousands of thoughts, 80% were negative, and 95% were exactly the same repetitive thoughts as the day before. (@nsfgov).

If you are constantly living from a paradigm of the past, you will create a future that's just more of the same.

Another study at @cornelluniversity found that, 97% of the things we worry about are just based on pessimism - they don't actually happen. So let's just make a decision to stop giving energy to those things today.

The mind is a powerful thing. It takes as much effort and energy to think about the things you do want than it does to think about what you don't.

As another reminder, you are always creating. Whether consciously or subconsciously, your thoughts are creating things. Your life is just a 3D mirror reflection of your own thoughts/beliefs.

Want to see something different? Learn to think different.

Sounds too easy? Well, it is. The hard part is you making the decision to choose to participate in what's possible. We don't like change. So sometimes it's more comfortable to stay in the known space of our own creation, even if we don't wanna be there. The known is familiar. The unknown is scary because we think we don't know what we will find. Circling back to the mind....

You actually have the power to create what you want to see. And when you learn how to do this... The unknown doesn't seem quite as scary, I promise.

You’ve got the wrong idea…

Its not what you think...

I talk to people all the time who think "this is it!" like, everything has been leading up to this one BIG thing and that big thing is THE thing that changes everything.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news here but....nope.

Life doesn't work that way.

Its usually the micromoments, the small decisions, the things that seem like "not a big deal" that end up being the thing.

Maybe you decided to go left instead of right one day and missed a huge accident.

You decided to buy apples at the fresh market instead of whole foods and met the love of your life while buying berries.

You woke up at 2 am and decided to scroll through IG, saw a post of one of my online challenges and got curious. 3 months later, you're a whole new you! (i hear this one all the time)

On the quantum level, the reason why these small decisions - the ones you probably arent paying attention to all that much - are so impactful is because 1. You leaned into intuition and 2. You weren't attached to an outcome. Both of those allow for more ease and more flow.

These micro moments of decision making happen every single day. I like to believe they compound, and work symbiotically to get me to where i am destined to be.

And so it is with you...

Do your part.
Listen to intuition.
Show up for yourself.
Remember, God is always living, breathing and working in the details.

Did You Experience Creator’s Block?

I had "creator's block" - ever experienced this?

If you follow my IG stories (and you should... I'm way more active there than my feed at times), I talked about having photo block last week.

For weeks, I kept trying to take pictures and I liked none of them!

I kept trying to write captions, and none of them made sense.

Creator's Block!

You know what I did?

1. Gave myself permission to not post and didn't feel a lick of guilt about it. Social media is a tool I use - but its not the only tool. And it doesn't ruley life. So, while I was not posting, I was focusing on servicing elsewhere.

2. I kept taking pictures and I kept writing. The amount of pictures I have taken in the last 2 weeks that will never see the light of day is just ridiculous 😂 I posted some of the bts in my stories. But when you find yourself uninspired or unmotivated the last thing you should so is give up. An object in motion stays in motion. The only way you fail is if you quit. So, even though nothing was making sense, I still kept myself in the habit of creation because eventually, something was gonna work. Which leads me to 3.

3. I trusted that it would pass. I didn't wallow in 'woe is me' 'whats wrong with me' 'why is this not working' energy. That's never am empowering place to begin the conversation. Instead, i just kept living my life, knowing that at some point my Creator's Block would go away.

And it did! Im feeling more inspired and more creative (at least this week 😂).

If you're fortunate enough to use social media to show up, lend your voice, serve people, inspire, motivate, etc... Then do that because THAT is exactly whats available to you. Facebook, Instagram, tiktok, YouTube, etc... These are not weapons formed against you!

We use them because they allow us to build platforms and impact people. Sometimes we need a minute because we are exhausted or unmotivated or we just dont feel like it. I get that. When that happens, learn to rest. But don't quit. Someone is probably on their knees praying for you to show up, say what youre supposed to say, do what youre supposed to do.

Happy Creating! 🤗
