I'm just a Miami girl who decided to go for it. But it started waaaay back when. I can remember being a young girl with big dreams and no idea how to make them happen. I can also remember being the girl who did the "normal" college to corporate thing. Only to find herself unfulfilled and dissatisfied. I moved into ministry, non-profit, then higher education thinking surely! Something was going to click. Surprise, surprise. It did not.

The AHA MOMENT...

After a while, living someone else's life can take its toll. I was diagnosed with an Anxiety Disorder that I knew was more spiritual than clinical. It was my body's way of reacting to something I had kept inside for so long! And was now demanding to be let out.

And it was around this time that I found YouTube. And on my bathroom floor, with a flat iron in hand is where it all began. One video let to 2, then 3, then hundreds! And once I realized I could sustain myself just by being myself...it was on!

As a YouTube influencer I worked with some pretty amazing brands, including L'Oreal, Marc Jacobs, Turkish Airlines. But, looking back, I know that was just a stepping stone to something so much BIGGER than just me and my little YouTube Channel!

AND NOW HERE WE ARE...

I realized that my true passion is in coaching and entrepreneurship! So, I took time out to study the industry empircally. As a doctoral student, my dissertation explored the efficacy and perceptions of business coaching. I didn'yt do this for me. I did it for you! Because I wanted to make sure that I was building my digital empire on solid foundations based in experience, but also in research.

Now, I get the chance to coach and teach all over the world. And I am really proud to say that I have been blessed with the opportunity to build a digital brand that has served millions of peoples in over 100 countries!

Whether its the free content distributed through my Award Winning YouTube Channel, my Social Media accounts, and my blog or through my paid Coaching programs I help Coaches, Leaders, Entrepreneurs and Influencers understand how to leverage the digital landscape to share their message, express their gifts and make money while doing it.

I empower them to take control of their lives, by taking control of their dreams! And, I gotta say, its been a ton of fun!
