Research tells us that the average person has up to 60,000 thoughts per day. Of those thousands of thoughts, 80% were negative, and 95% were exactly the same repetitive thoughts as the day before. (@nsfgov).

If you are constantly living from a paradigm of the past, you will create a future that's just more of the same.

Another study at @cornelluniversity found that, 97% of the things we worry about are just based on pessimism - they don't actually happen. So let's just make a decision to stop giving energy to those things today.

The mind is a powerful thing. It takes as much effort and energy to think about the things you do want than it does to think about what you don't.

As another reminder, you are always creating. Whether consciously or subconsciously, your thoughts are creating things. Your life is just a 3D mirror reflection of your own thoughts/beliefs.

Want to see something different? Learn to think different.

Sounds too easy? Well, it is. The hard part is you making the decision to choose to participate in what's possible. We don't like change. So sometimes it's more comfortable to stay in the known space of our own creation, even if we don't wanna be there. The known is familiar. The unknown is scary because we think we don't know what we will find. Circling back to the mind....

You actually have the power to create what you want to see. And when you learn how to do this... The unknown doesn't seem quite as scary, I promise.
