When I started making YouTube videos 10 years ago, I don't think I actually knew what could happen. I don't think I really knew where it would go. I just knew that in the moment it was what I wanted to do and it felt like the right step for me. And that's what life is all about! Its just a series of choices.

A decade later, here we are! But to think it all started with ONE decision to do things a little differently.

I didn't know anyone making YouTube videos back then. I didn't know any entrepreneurs. I didn't know anyone who was a "personal brand" - pretty sure that wasn't even a thing.
 
But what I did know is that I felt called to make a move and I just did it. Apprehensively. A little ignorantly. But also unapologetically.

I don't really know any other way to do it if I'm honest.

In college someone told me, if you want to have an amazing life, learn to listen to the voice of God and do exactly what He says.

Sitting on my bathroom floor, filming that first video, I had no idea then that i was building what I have now. But I was aware that I was honoring God by doing what He called me to do in the moment that He called me to do it. And when you can learn the art of that...your will live the most amazing life!
